Andritz acquires Herr-Voss Stamco

Andritz has acquired Herr-Voss Stamco Inc., headquartered in Callery, Pennsylvania, USA, and is thus enlarging its service and product offerings for North American customers in the metals sector. The company has around 300 employees and generates annual sales of approximately € 50 million. It was agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

Andritz Herr-Voss Stamco has around 300 employees and generates annual sales of approximately € 50 million. It was agreed not to disclose the purchase price.


Andritz Herr-Voss Stamco generates a major portion of its sales with service business. In addition to a very comprehensive service portfolio, the company is one of the leading suppliers of coil and sheet metal processing solutions for both ferrous and non-ferrous applications worldwide. With over 100 years of history in the metals processing industry, Andritz Herr-Voss Stamco has around 1,600 customer references inside and outside North America. Many of these customers operate in the currently highly active North American automotive and oil/gas industries.
